8"W x 10"H Oil Based Ink on Cotton Rag Paper Unframed Limited edition reduction linocut print The fluting calls of the Meadowlark inspired this print. Striking to look at, they are unmistakable when you see the bright yellow plumage on the male birds. I was really experimenting with pigment values in this piece, popping the yellows with subtle violet tones in the grasslands.
