One of my yard's regular visitors are a industrious band of squirrels. They hide in the trees, use my fence as a highway and bury their treasure of seeds and nuts in my garden. I'm always surprised at how bold they can be when they stop to chatter at me to exit their domain.

When it is almost spring in the Rocky Mountain Foothills a funny thing happens to the sunshine; it looks simultaneously warm and cool. The blues are very distinct and crisp and often the best way to tell what the weather will feel like is to look for the wind in the grasses.

Bowness Spring Craft Fair

I am looking forward to some in person events this spring! Coming up at the end of March, I will be attending the Bowness Spring Craft Fair for the very first time. While I sell prints through many lovely establishments, I like doing fairs for a few reasons:

  1. I meet so many friendly people and get to answer questions, get feedback and see what folks are drawn to in my display.
  2. I bring alllll sorts of little bits and bobs that I don't sell through my other venues. I am a busy artist who loves making little things and markets are where they get put out for people to find some treasure.
  3. People who are hesitant to commit to something that they've only seen online can come and see how vivid and crisp each print is in person. I really work hard to make my pieces like little paintings or jewels and it is very apparent in public.

SO - if you've been following my work online or have come across it in one of our local galleries and are curious to see more, or if you'd just like to stop by and talk shop for a while - PLEASE consider this a warm invite to come stop by at this upcoming market or another in the next few months. I would love to see you!
