Celebrating over 40 years of artistic excellence, this dynamic exhibition showcases a diverse array of creative areas – from displays showing traditional crafts like textiles, woodwork and ceramics and local & Stampede history to open gallery areas exhibiting contemporary art and photography. One Week In Person Workshop Intensive Red Deer Polytechnic Summer Series, Red Deer AB July 13th - July 17th, 2026 9:00am - 4:00pm Event Description: Add a whole new dimension of colour with perfect registration to your linocut printmaking. Learn how to utilize multiple blocks, reduction techniques and colour strategies while working with multiple layers. Students will learn different approaches to image making as well as troubleshooting challenges during this weeklong immersion in printmaking. Big River, Saskatchewan Wednesday July 29th – Thursday August 6th 2026 Event Description: While not an exhibition or market, it is an honour to have been selected to participate in this year's collaboration! Every two years, one hundred artists from across the globe come together in the boreal forest of Saskatchewan to share in an experience of raw creation and open possibility. Artists at various stages of their careers are challenged to step outside their usual art practice, to explore medium, technique and subject matter through hands on collaboration and exciting creative exchange. Harvest Supper Fundraiser
The Leighton Centre Calgary, AB September 12th, 2026 Event Description: This annual event celebrates gratitude for our community and the harvest season while raising funds for the Leighton Art Centre’s exhibitions, education programs, and preservation efforts, helping future generations experience art in a natural setting. I will be this year’s featured live artist, and I will be using my printing press onsite to finish creating a special limited-edition run of linocut prints just for Harvest Supper guests.
