Latest Sketchbook Subject, Ivy

This is our new rescue pup, Ivy. She is exceedingly cute.

I've been trying to get back into the regular routine of sketching. I'm not back to the daily practice I had going a few years ago, but it is starting to feel more natural. 

My latest muse has been our new dog, Ivy. She is just over a year and a half old and still naps a lot during the day. She is a great model for me, because of this. I keep using the hastag #letsleepingdogslie on twitter and instagram because it makes me laugh at how appropriate it is in regards to these sketches.
